Sarah Henderson

Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and PCIT International certified therapist at KC Lighthouse Therapy in Parkville, MO. She has experience helping children, adolescents, and families facing emotional or behavioral challenges. Her goal is to create a space where children and parents feel heard, supported, and confident as they engage in skill building to manage emotions, navigate challenges, and strengthen family relationships.

Sarah is also certified in TF-CBT and has experience helping children and adolescents facing anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, trauma, and other life obstacles. Her previous work with vulnerable children and their families has shaped her compassionate, collaborative approach to helping families build resilience and thrive.
